Christiana Lodge - Plettenberg Bay

The rooms and building are beautiful! Also, the owner is very friendly and helpful.

It took as a while to find it (which was partly our fault because we didn't have a good map). It's in a residential area, away from restaurants and shops.

Very helpful staff, a high class comfortable room and excellent facilities across the whole hotel

It was a bit more on the edge of things than we'd expected.

Modern architecture & friendly familiar approach & location

Lovely, stylish lodge with a big emphasis on attention to detail (e.g. hot water bottles on a cold night). The staff were friendly, excellent and attended to every need while allowing you time and space to relax. Food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Absolutley nothing!

We stayed here for one night and wished that we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, like something out of the movies and so relaxing. Everyone that works there was great. Best breakfast we have had the entire trip in S. Africa. In the evening they put hot water bottles in our beds to warm up. The best part was that it is only a 3 minute walk from a private beach so we got up in the morning to watch the sunrise.

The rooms exceeded expectation. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and very comfortable.

I was slighlty dissapointed with the distance from the town, but that was my own issue.

Great people, good location, clean and new.

Very clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast. Christa was very helpful and assisted us with restaurant recommendations and bookings and arranged our taxis.

The location is quite remote and you cannot really walk to any restaurants or bars, so you need to either drive or take a taxi in the evenings. Also the car park is a quite a tight squeeze!

Very friendly welcome. Luxurious accomodtion. Within walking distance to the beach of Plettenberg Bay. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, well equiped and very clean. Beds were very good. Breakfast was very nice, and so was the area. The private beach (5 minute walk) is absolutely fabulous. Staff is friendly and always prepared to help

Lighting is ghastly; please, no more led, it makes the rooms that are really quite nice look like a morgue in the evening.
